These worry stones are made with love, there will be no return/refund available. Be gentle with them. Polymer clay can be fragile so be careful for they may chip or break if handled roughly. To clean, use water and gently wipe clean or you can simply use a soft bristled brush to brush off lint/dust. If there's any question please don't hesitate to reach out.
